You will be asked to agree to the following Terms and Conditions before placing an order on our website.

Personal Use

The DVD is for personal use only. Public showings are strictly prohibited.

Pricing

If the delivery address is in the UK, 20% will be added at Checkout by our payment service provider (???)

Privacy Statement

We will only use any data which identifies you personally with your permission, in accordance with the Data Protection (Baliiwick of Guernsey) Law 2017

Returns and Damaged items

Any unwanted items must be returned, in original packaging, within 7 days of receipt for a full refund.

DVDs will be despatched in a bubble pack protected envelope. Discovering Guernsey takes no responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. To protect against loss, you are advised to pay extra for the ‘Signed For’ service. (Anni: should  we quote for this on the website? (Plus £1.20 for UK, Jersey and Guernsey; £6 for other destinations so not worth it).
